Our Classes

Choose your new fitness path in one of our exhilarating classes. We’ve got something for every athlete from age 6 to 60 and beyond. See something you want to try, but worried it might be "too tough?" No worries. We’ll scale every exercise to your ability. As your skills improve, so will the intensity of your workouts.

  • CrossFit Group Training

    CrossFit consists of constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement geared to optimize your fitness in all capacities. In our CrossFit Group Classes, you will use your brain as well as your muscles, learning and challenging yourself to do things you never thought you could. You will learn proper mechanics, stability, balance and agility – which all improve your everyday life. No matter your age or fitness level, all movements are designed for scalability. All we require from you is effort. By varying the load, volume, and intensity, we start you at a level appropriate to your current fitness capabilities.

  • Ladies Only CrossFit

    Ladies Only CrossFit is the perfect opportunity for women to focus on bettering themselves and making new friends in their community. Similar to our CrossFit Group Class, this class consists of constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement geared to optimize your fitness in all capacities. No matter your age or fitness level, all movements are designed for scalability. We start you at a level appropriate to your current fitness capabilities. Join us for Ladies CrossFit so you can experience the results, camaraderie, and fun.

  • Fundamentals

    This is our on-ramp process which consists of 2 one-on-one personal training sessions usually done one-on-one with your coach for life. During these sessions you will learn the movements and scaling options necessary to transition to group classes seamlessly. This process can also lead to you progressing into an individualized program or more Personal Training sessions.

  • Personal Training

    For people looking for the most individualized approach, personal training is key. Every personal training member gets to work one-on-one with a highly qualified coach in a setting that doesn’t segment you from the rest of the population. With personal training, we share the space with group classes, which allows clients to be integrated into our great community, while getting the individual programming and attention that you need and/or desire.

  • Barbell Club

    Our Barbell Club follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level, to more advanced cycles, prepping lifters for more advanced training or competition. Whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength, or want to pursue lifting as a sport, this barbell class is for you.

  • Olympic Lifting

    Whether you’re a beginner or a professional, this class is designed to help you move more efficiently in the Olympic lifts: Clean and Jerk and Snatch.
