Please note that two one hour training sessions will be required prior to being able to participate in Crossfit classes and workouts. Each session is about one hour long. During these sessions the fundamental movements of CrossFit are taught: squat, front squat, overhead squat, deadlift, clean, pshoulder press, push press, and push jerk.
These two sessions to learn the fundamentals are critical. They ensure that there is a solid basic understanding of the moves so that the WODs can be performed safely.After the fundamentals, WODs can be performed in personal training sessions or in a class, depending on the amount of personal attention a client desires. ** fundamentals are not required if you have completed them at another facility**
