Roughly an hour in duration group CrossFit classes are an all levels class that provide a continuum of challenges from beginner’s to the most experienced athletes. All classes are led by an experienced instructor who has gone through a thorough internship process prior to teaching. Class time includes guided mobility, dynamic warm up, skill work, workout, and cool down.
Olympic Lifting Class
The Olympic Lifts are a big part of CrossFit. When used correctly, they enhance an athlete’s strength, speed, and coordination like no other tool. And they are fun! Our Olympic style weightlifting class offers our members and opportunity to practice the clean and jerk and the snatch in a slower format so that the lifts can be broken down and practiced. A deeper understanding of the lifts will enhance your overall CrossFit experience.
Like our Olympic weightlifting class, our Power Lifting class allows athletes to spend extra time developing strength and skill in movements like squatting, deadlifting, and pressing (both bench pressing and overhead pressing). This class is a great opportunity for beginners to accelerate their strength progress and for more experienced athletes to get the details of their lifts dialed in.
Open gym and open platform hours are available for athletes to come in on their own time to workout or practice skills. During these times the staff will be on site to open and manage the gym but their is NO instruction.
