Sorry 5:30am class. This was supposed to be run increasing reps on the minute , 1 rep minute 1, 2 reps minute 2 etc etc. I think Rob was a little foggy this AM

Yeah I did the WOD the same as the 0530, added an extra 2 minutes to make it even
32 @ 175 (BW +25)
- In between reps I alternated 25x pushups/situps (400 each) made it much more fun.

10 @ 155 going to feel that in the morning!!
5rds @ 185, then 2 reps per rnd until everyone else was finished
13 rnds @ 62#…ouch!
Oh well ..I needed the clean practice and now know I can do 30 105# cleans
7 at 135 then 2 a round for the last 13 rds
7 @ 170 then finished w/ 2 til 20
