5x3x165#…working on keeping my midline stable for the first lift…sooo frustrating since I went 2 1/2 years without this problem…thomi said “but you weren’t lifting heavy for 2 1/2 years”…I suppose she has a point
DO – we have brand new 55lb bumper plates. I only used 3 plates on each side. It was awesome. Thomi said we’ll have 100% all brand new everything by the time you get back! RIGHT THOMI?????
