+++ Attn: we will be starting “open gym” time on Sundays from 11am-1pm on on June 3rd. This is a trial to see how and if this open gym time will be used. This will be purely open gym, there will be a trainer present, but this is not a class or personal training time. You may use these hours as you wish+++
(there will be no open gym on Sunday the 17th as we will be out of town for the Occupy Strength competition)
