Shay and Cookie will be competing at the Team Grit competition at the Hampton Roads Convention Center, a bunch of us are going out to show support. Come on out!

This is the first WOD that is running tomorrow

Shay and Cookie kicked ass today and represented CFVB to the Fing fullest!! Not only were their movements far crisper they almost everyone’s else’s, but they keep it clean while domanting the competition, if you can call it that. :P Awesome job guys!!!!

Thanks again Thomi and Rob for running the best CF gym in the 757 PERIOD. And boy does it show…..
