Mobility and strength work followed by

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.

    A LOT of you do not have jump ropes. From here on out, there will be no use of the private jump ropes without permission from the owner. There has been a few ropes the have come up missing or damaged in the last month or so that were used without permission. I know it is hard to remember to buy a rope while you are out, so I ordered some to sell. $15 each. available at the gym.These are pin bearing type ropes just as fast as the buddy lee ropes but half the price.
