That photo reminds me of this morning after my command workout, I was pulled aside and told that “I’m hurting my body by pushing it so hard, and that if I keep it up I wont be able to do anything when I’m 30.” My response… I know plenty of 30 and 40 year olds that routinly kick my ass in the gym… I dont think I’ll have a problem, and continued on my way. Thanks for the ammunition guys and gals.
