Front squat 1-1-1 reps.
Is anyone else going to sign up for the throwdown series competition? It is only $7 per WOD and you can win $ as an individual, plus we can win $ with our top 3 men and woman’s times for each month. It sounds like fun, there is no travel, and the WOD will be on Sat. @ CFVB :) easy peasy!

    That photo reminds me of this morning after my command workout, I was pulled aside and told that “I’m hurting my body by pushing it so hard, and that if I keep it up I wont be able to do anything when I’m 30.” My response… I know plenty of 30 and 40 year olds that routinly kick my ass in the gym… I dont think I’ll have a problem, and continued on my way. Thanks for the ammunition guys and gals.

    oh any type of squat..how i love thee!
    120, 135(F this in sept), 150-PR! the butterfly dance motion was in action but I beasted it!
