    Pseudo make up of yesterday’s WOD:

    “Not quite Murph” in the hotel exercise room:
    1 mile treadmill run, 10 rounds Of Cindy (3 plates on the assisted pullup machine…guessing that’s 30#, knee pushups), 1/2 mile treadmill run

    37:57…didn’t have enough time to do full Murph plus stretch and shower before meeting everyone else for dinner…and my foot cramped up real bad on the last run…

    But at least I had a partner in crime to help defend/explain crossfit and paleo during lunch! Not too often I run into someone like that during work related stuff

    maxed out at 170, which is 5 lbs less than my 1 rep max. Weird, but i aint complaining!
