		<description>I got to workout with my brother and sister-in-law today at CrossFit Fort Bragg (6th place Affiliate Team finishers).  It was my first time doing pistols... I think I&#039;m in love with those things :)

This was the Rx&#039;d WOD:
5 DL (313,205)
Sprint to fence &amp; back (about 100 meters)
14 pistols
21 double unders OR 84 singles
Sprint to fence &amp; back (about 100 meters)
--AMRAP in 7 minutes

My DL was 125, I used rings for my pistols, and did singles instead of double unders... 2 complete reps.
