I got to workout with my brother and sister-in-law today at CrossFit Fort Bragg (6th place Affiliate Team finishers). It was my first time doing pistols… I think I’m in love with those things
This was the Rx’d WOD:
5 DL (313,205)
Sprint to fence & back (about 100 meters)
14 pistols
21 double unders OR 84 singles
Sprint to fence & back (about 100 meters)
–AMRAP in 7 minutes
My DL was 125, I used rings for my pistols, and did singles instead of double unders… 2 complete reps.
Amen.
