Thanks ladies you are too sweet. You did great this morning Liz, I love seeing you getting stronger everyday!!! I have come a long way thanks to Thomi & Rob (sounds like a testimonial in my future;) ) My morning ladies Steph, Liz & Salena… you are awesome & I know you will be giving me a run for my money!!!!

For anyone going to the running seminar on Saturday, its supposed to be ridiculously hot (like 100 degrees), so I’m bringing a big cooler in case people want to bring extra water or food.
