Thanks to Rob and Performance Theraputics for essentially tripling my work capacity in a few short hours!!

I had an original 4 rep max (and ugly at that!) this morning.  Mobility and range of motion limited AND fatigued.  But, came back tonight after a session with RW and presto, all better!
