I don’t know if anyone else is interested, but this weekend the fittest man and woman will be decided at the CrossFit Games. This year streaming is live via the web and I for one, will definitely be watching. If anyone else is interested let me know.

I had an original 4 rep max (and ugly at that!) this morning. Mobility and range of motion limited AND fatigued. But, came back tonight after a session with RW and presto, all better!
