Well… Not as terrible as I was expecting, but still horrible. LOL! 41:07 w/ singles (didn’t feel like flagellating myself for sucking at doubleunders) and #95. Next time, it’ll be much better.

I literally losy 6 lbs from this morning. that’s almost a gallon of h2o
don’t remember my time..but did 72# plus knees to elbows. doubleunders are slowly coming along!
