31:16 I think…15# db presses (up from 10# db presses the last time HSPU were in a workout), blue band on the dips (no more jumpers!!!) and knees…making progress…and hit my mandatory 15 pull-ups in a row on the green band in warm-ups..back to the blue band I go!! =)
