barely 4 rounds with two ab mats, switched from a 55#dbell to a 45#after first round.
6 rounds + 4 HSP. 45lb dumbell
4rds + 2HSPU. 2 abmats on the HSPU, 45# db, abmat situps. Eight minute face slap!
4rnds+ 8 ghd situps. 40lb dumbell press, 1.5pood.
