I saw a group of guys doing an interesting workout at Mt.Trashmore. 4sumo deadlift+4cleans+4pushpress @115#,followed by a sprint up the stairs. Not sure how many sets they did

295,310PR,315F,315f,250,225 Pr by 10lbs. I was also greedy, I shouldn’t have tried 315 a second time. It was heavy the first time and did not get any lighter the second time. Thomi once again was correct….
