Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Push up double reps
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

    31.19 as rx’d. Body weight of 145lb, DL of 210, Clean of 105. This one kicked my butt. I did have like 4 people staring at me by the end since my shins were covered in blood and I was grunting and shouting. Also, I did squat cleans, is that correct?
