Great workout. I pulled a butt muscle attempting to do handstands. I am looking forward to the day when I can do a handstand on the wall, much less a handstand push-up. Brian and Shay, you are awesome!!

I think you need to look into the mobility class, or at the very least some PNF for your hamstrings, they are super tight. The butt muscles should be safe in the handstand attempts. Remind me to show you on Wed.
