    14 Rd’s Rx’d. First 11 rounds dead hang pullups. Pr by 2 rounds, slow squats kept me from 15. But I’m still happy with it.

    Whats up guys!! This is Andrew From Tucson, AZ! Man i love Cindy, last time i hit this worlout i clocked out at 22 rounds and 5 pull ups, Today i set my record at 25 rounds and 3 pull ups!!! Lovin the improvment and this Paleo lifestyle is Boostin my stamina!
