Hey Everyone! Just checking in from Haiti!! I’ve only gotten to work out ONCE since I’ve been here. =( One of the Seabees is starting to rig some equipment from rebar and cinder blocks though so we can run PT at our camp. I’ve been going out a lot with 82nd Airborne guys and I’m jealous everytime I’m at one of their camps and see their CrossFit workouts. Just be doing a lot of damage assessments which means hiking around different parts of Haiti determining whether buildings were damaged or not. Its hot and humid, but at least I have A/C in my trailer. Definitely need to clean up my diet when I get back. MREs aren’t really conducive to eating Paleo. Hope all is well back in VB!
