Max weight. Don’t do it at the Y unless they have squat cages or by some miracle, some qualified spotters.
Yeah – it was late I & soon realized that it was max. I will probably not get to the Y today anyway, but they do have squat cages – although not sure that I would want to do this one on my own anyway.
