Hey everyone. I just wanted to say thanks for all your support and encouragement over the last 6-7 months that I’ve been doing CrossFit. I just found out at lunch today that I’m leaving for Haiti on Friday and will likely be gone for the next 3 months. I’m going to try to drop by the box again before I leave if I have the time. I’m really bummed about missing this strength biased program! Hopefully they get the gym set up for us down there and I can still get somem workouts in. I’m going to try to drop in on the site here as often as possible! Take care and see you all when I get back!
