Test yourself on a max set of push ups…tight body chest to the floor…full extension! If you cannot do good form on your toes do your pushups from the knees. After that do 100 air squats for time.

Hey guys, I guess the main roads are not as bad as I they said they would be :/ sowwy .. people are saying secondary roads are still really bad because of the ice. Hey! I did NOT do handstands…wasn’t in the mood to look like a flippin fool at the Y. I did do 100 squats, lunge walks and step ups. GO AWAY snow!
