1lb sausage
1.5 lbs of steak (chopped)
2 28oz cans of crushed tomatoes
1 can coconut milk
2 onions; diced
5 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp parsley
2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup olive oil
I plan on frying the bacon and sausage up first then the steak. Browning the onions in the pot, then combining everything in said pot and letting it simmer for about 30 min. What do you think?
