if i had to pick, id say that POWER is the most important one. 
why?
because power IS intensity, and intensity is THE biggest factor in getting results from your program.

		<description>I don&#039;t know...they are all important.  Without balance we&#039;d all just stumble around. I&#039;m not a pro, but my surfing has improved with Crossfit.  I think that&#039;s because of all the different aspects if fitness.</description>
