I thought this was a crossfit web site why do I have to pick one? I’ve noticed everything improving, but flexibility is taking the longest and my performance suffers. It’s very upseting having a hinderance like this. Most will never know the mental aspect of showing up everyday knowing you can’t peform at your best because your just physically unable . No excuses on taking breaths durning the WOD I get tired and shit get heavy so I break. I know I’m getting better all around my times are droping and I’m getting stronger so I guess I can’t complain too much right…
I don’t know…they are all important. Without balance we’d all just stumble around. I’m not a pro, but my surfing has improved with Crossfit. I think that’s because of all the different aspects if fitness.
David said it, or inferred it, by suggesting that whatever you need the most is most important to you as an athlete (or whatever unique demands your profession calls for).
I agree with Brian too…can you imagine having all of them??
