STARTING WEDNESDAY!!! 6:30 AM classes will be moving to 5:30 AM so that those of you that need to get up and at em early can :)

95 pound Shoulder press, 5 reps
95 pound Push press, 10 reps
95 pound Push jerk, 15 reps
