Aight so today up here at Prep School we learned basic movements in the gym turns out they were all the same movements that you learn at a level 1 cert. Thomi this is for you because I gotta say if it wasnt for your awesome training skills I would have looked like an ass like most of the guys up here. So thank you for everything you have taught me I has definitely paid off. Hope all is well at CFVB.

Don’t know what each round was but is it was 13:55 for two miles. That’s wasn’t so bad, never done 800m sprintish things but now sooooo bad.
