Did a variation of this one on my own
21 - pull ups
21 - 35 Dumbbell Swings - got lots of crazy looks for this one - thought they were gonna kick me out of the Y :)
21 - 65# DL - pretty sure that would be correct for ladies
21 unanchored sit ups / no abmat :(
200 m run on treadmill - could find a good spot to do DBL Unders :(

No idea my time cause I&#039;m a dummy &amp; messed up my the stop watch on my phone somehow. But it still sucked... in a good way that is ;)</description>
