21 – pull ups
21 – 35 Dumbbell Swings – got lots of crazy looks for this one – thought they were gonna kick me out of the Y
21 – 65# DL – pretty sure that would be correct for ladies
21 unanchored sit ups / no abmat
200 m run on treadmill – could find a good spot to do DBL Unders
No idea my time cause I’m a dummy & messed up my the stop watch on my phone somehow. But it still sucked… in a good way that is
