    L sit- 24 on the first one..not sure after that. They definitely went down though.

    the shaking uncontrollably thing is a common “problem” of mine ๐Ÿ˜‰ DL 185 not a PR, didn’t go up in weight fast enough. L-sit 42 sec. yay ๐Ÿ™‚ it was fun to hear everyone cheer each other on !!!

    285, 305, 325 PR I believe not sure I don’t have it written down I believe I killed it LOL 36 sec, 32 sec, 20 sec core failure. Great job everybody! Way to go brian 3 rep for 1 rep sick……

    Did a CF Hickory workout today. 1 Pull-Up 1 Push-Up 1 squat for 10 min adding a rep each round. 12 rds as rx’d. It was a nice little smoker.

    Took a 30 min break and did 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 Deadlift. 225-275-325-365-385(PR)-395(F) Happy about the PR, still not happy about the weight….

    105, 115, 120(f) Technically a PR on the 115 since I’ve only done this workout once before and that was way back like my first or second week of CrossFit. Yay for deadlifts heavier than bodyweight! =)
