8 rounds as rx’d plus 13 more KB swings.. I know those swings don’t count, but they hurt soo bad I needed to mention them I cannot stop coughing…

3(4?) rounds, dropping from 45lbs to 16kg for the last one. I think I will listen to my lower back next time.
