    In addition to the above classes, we also offer a FREE introductory class every Saturday Noon – 1pm! You will get a taste of both the chair & pole classes. This class is only free for new clients ONLY. It is NOT necessary to take this class prior to taking others. We offer this class to allow people who may be intimidated by the “exotic dance” theme to try it out and see how exciting it really is. Regular gym/workout attire is appropriate. One free class per person.
