ended out at 110 then had to start my personal training session. only got 5 lifts in. I think I have my “ohhh noesss I am going to drop it on my neck again” fear almost in check.. Your body just does not forget that stuff. Hell yea 9am .. lifting to Rob’s blues music.. if you can lift to that, you can lift to anything.
