		<description>17:47 @ 95# with bw of 175.  I know it&#039;s low, but really wiped out from heavy Fran followed by bar Fran and then Nicole, whille at fletc.  Anyway you cut it, that sucked!!! Keep em coming Thomi.  Resting tomorrow for sure!</description>
