5 rounds for time
The following sequence constitutes one ‘rep’:
RX’d weight: 75% BW
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press
200m run
Each round is 7 reps of the sequence immediately followed by a 200m run, drop the bar and owe the house 5 burpees per instance.

This is a challenging wod.
I am going to climb out on that limb with BS.. a thruster is not a push press …

only too late did I realize it said push PRESS and not push JERK. oh well, my arms still would have been too weak to do this workout with any reasonable weight
17:47 @ 95# with bw of 175. I know it’s low, but really wiped out from heavy Fran followed by bar Fran and then Nicole, whille at fletc. Anyway you cut it, that sucked!!! Keep em coming Thomi. Resting tomorrow for sure!
