5 rounds for time

The following sequence constitutes one ‘rep’:

RX’d weight:  75% BW

Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

200m run

Each round is 7 reps of the sequence immediately followed by a 200m run, drop the bar and owe the house 5 burpees per instance.
