21 and some change with 95 lb front squats. Double-unders slowed me down the most….not what I would have predicted but after the baseline, I was pretty wiped.

4:47 Baseline WOD–a full 5 seconds faster! Ha! The squats were slow and painful after that row…which was just under 1:40 i think. I didn’t weigh at the gym but I’m at 201lbs. I’ve gained three pounds, but I’m definitely feeling stronger and seeing gains in almost every area. Still no dairy for me!
