Saturday we will be running the CF total. Try to get in to get a good idea of your PR’s in Squat,Deadlift and Shoulder Press.
Monday the 12th is a Holiday and we will only have a 9am class.

man, those butterfly kips really help the pull-ups!
Also, got my household goods earlier this week so I was ably to play with my jump rope and rings today.
Muscle-ups are not as easy as I remember them, but I’m sure it’s because I didn’t have chalk…it always makes me stronger.
