Had a busy contest weekend with a lot of surfing and lifting 105# over and over. Between that and the cramped and extended flights, I gotta take a couple of days rest. Dang, after typing all of this, I am outta breath!

I just realized today was going to be my last day and then I slept through my alarm and missed class! D’oh!! … I’ll miss all u guys for however many months it is before I’m able to come back! I’m planning to continue to do the WODs, or at least the on-the-road WODs until I find a gym in DC… God bless the internet.. hehe Take care, and hopefully I’ll see all of you again soon! Used the last set for form work (wasn’t getting any heavier than 155 anyways).
Really need to work on the triple extension, big shrug, and fast elbows.
It really gets old when someone comes over to check if I’ve hurt myself everytime I ditch a weight.
