Annie after JT sucked ! Shoulders were killing me. i think it sucks to start getting old?! Not a PR for either. better than sleeping in though, I guess.
Did this one Monday since I couldn’t get in the gym. 8:33 rx’d….58 seconds faster than last time. Yeehaw!
