    1st off, I love this picture… 6.42 rx’d not a PR. My shoulders are effing smoked from JT. Holding that rope during DUs really sucked!

    Did this one Monday since I couldn’t get in the gym. 8:33 rx’d….58 seconds faster than last time. Yeehaw!
