I just started crossfit vb monday in the hopes that one day I can afford to join the gym and the classes. For the time being I was wondering what the workout schedule is like do you do 3 days on then 1 rest day after like on the main website, or is just do the workouts as posted?

ended out at 117 pr by 5 lbs
last time we did this, my comment said “I ended out at 112….I got 117 to my chest like 5 times but I never got back under it…. JOY… back to the get under it drawing board.. PR anyway”
I would say most people do the 3 on, 1 off deal….unless they are addicted…..no names, but they know who they are. A perfect week for me is M-W, Thurs off, Friday on and sometimes on Saturday and Sunday, closed, so maybe I make up Saturday’s WOD on Sunday.

I meant since Sunday is closed, I might make up Saturday’s on Sunday. Geez, it is late.
& a bunch of practice @75#. Last pr was 82 so yay.
