    Round 2: 7:27
    Round 3: 9:16

    Had to run on a treadmill and sub thrusters w/ 20# db for wall ball.

    Set the pace to fast on the runs and stopped because Pukey isn’t welcome in the Base Gym (..that and this WOD kicked my ass).
