I loved this one, could have gone faster, read article at CF Magazine about this WOD & Rhabdo and paced myself @ 7:16 as Rx’d Excellent job everyone!
10:23 of pure joy…..
6:59 with non-GHD back extensions. I was able to rub all of the skin off my tailbone, however!
Also, I made some significant progress on my butterfly pull-ups during my warmups.
Making up yesterdays workout tomorrow.
