Definitely one my favorites.
I’m a day late and a dollar short, but I did Tabata Something Else today.
Pullups: 11,8,7,6,7,5,5,6 = 55
Pushups: 22,15,12,7,5,4,4,5 = 74
Situps: 10,12,13,14,13,13,12,13 = 100
Squats: 20,20,20,17,15,15,13,14 = 134
Great workout, poor results, good incentive to get back in shape!
I beat my previous PR by 54lbs!!! What a great program. And its free too.
Not everyone posts, but I want to say there were 19 PRs on the board today! Hell yea ! Getting strong
