    HSPU as Rx’d (although range of motion drastically decreased as the WOD progressed)

    Also, a worker at the base gym told me that I need to use pads under the weights when I deadlift cause I was going to “break the floor” … and that was during my touch and go’s.

    I hate base gyms.
