Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.

    That’s my hand the first time I ripped. I had like 5 rips on the other hand too haha. Learned my lesson and now I shave em, haven’t ripped since! (knock on wood)

    Recently started mixing in a few of your guys WOD’s in with my own since .com seams to be getting repetitive. I liked this one thought it was going to be a breeze. I stand corrected. 5 1/2, 3 1/2, 4, 4, and 5. RXd.

    Flores- Thomi’s programming is pretty solid. Some trainers ramdomly pick their oly, gymnastics, & metcon, but the Thominatrix has a method to the madness. Follow the rabbit hole and see just how far it goes…

    I don’t recommend DU’s for this WOD to anyone. what a dumb idea. My ankle’s happy though.
