36.28 rx’d. 30+ minutes of that was HSPU, first time not kipping on those. Much harder!! Those are going in my warm up for sure.

Thanks, but trust me, I didn’t act like a beast. I wanted to cry when the rope hit the top of my foot on DU’s. I am looking forward to doing it again though. Did I just say that?
